Wall Activities
Taha Tinana (Physical Wellbeing) Going for 3 x runs a week.
Taha Whānau (Family Wellbeing) Booking in quality time with partner and cooking for my Dad twice a week.
Taha Hinengaro (Emotional and Mental Wellbeing) Pickup the guitar/sing. Meditate for 5-10 minutes every evening.
Taha Wairua (Spiritual Wellbeing) Reward hard work, through self reflection.
Whenua (Interconnections to the land and environment) Go for a run in a fresh location.
